Our special visitor's center allows you to discover the wonders of chocolate from our specially constructed elevated viewing level. Maybe you'll even see one of your favourite chocolate bars rolling off our packaging line. All of this while learning the secrets of chocolate manufacturing on our self-guided walking tour. The plant activities are usually limited on holidays and weekends.
Group Tours Welcome
Groups of all sizes are welcome. Groups of 15 people or more are requested to book tour time with HERSHEY CHOCOLATE SHOPPE visitor's center staff. Group bookings can be done one of several ways:

- Phone 1-613-283-3300 extension 240 (extension 245 on weekends)
- Admission is free to all. Make sure you receive your free sample from one of our friendly staff before leaving the HERSHEY CHOCOLATE SHOPPE visitor’s center.
